FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

One Way Out Ministries Announces New Location for Second Chance Upscale Resale—“The Purple Store Furniture & More

Fort Myers, FL — One Way Out Ministries is thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of its newest Retail location, affectionately known in the community as “The Purple Store.” The new address is 4150 Cleveland Avenue Fort Myers, FL 33901, across the street from the Edison Mall. The beautiful facility is a major expansion for the ministry and an Ephesians 3:20 kind of blessing—“more than we could ever ask or imagine.”

The building was made possible by a generous partner and his family, who are covering the entire first year’s lease in honor of his late mother’s wish to see something good done with her inheritance. That “good” is now helping One Way Out Ministries continue its mission: to rescue, restore, and raise up women coming out of the sex industry, addiction, jail, and other life-controlling struggles.

The new building will be used in three key ways:

    •    Retail Center: The central space will house The Purple Store Furniture & More, offering quality furniture and more featuring “Signature Design by ASHLEY” home furnishings and accessories.

    •    Rental Offices: Housing our Marketing Partner RevSource Media.

    •    Ministry & Meeting Space: This space will include a meeting area available for ministry outreach.

A soft opening is expected in early September, with a grand opening celebration to follow on September 27, 2025.

This new location is not just a store,” said Jeanie, founder of One Way Out Ministries. “It’s a launching ground for transformation—of women, of families, and of our community. Every dollar raised and every life changed reflects the reason we’re here: to be a lighthouse for women coming out of dark places.”

In addition to providing vital resources and support, the ministry’s work also offers measurable benefits to the region. By helping women off the streets, out of jail, off government assistance, and into healthy, stable lives, One Way Out is estimated to save Lee County up to $25,000 per woman per year in public service costs.

If you would like to volunteer and help with this worthy effort to uplift women in our community, we would love to hear from you.
